Ops and Hammer builds back-office automation for roofing shops. This page says what information we collect, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. Ops and Hammer is a trade name of BOTGET, S.A. de C.V., based in Mazatlán, Mexico.
What we collect
- What you type into the form on this site: your name, work email, and company size.
- What you enter when you book a walkthrough: your name, email, company size, and any guests you add.
- What you share on or after a call: the bills and process details you choose to show us, and a recording of the call if you agree to one at the start.
- Payment details when you pay an invoice. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
What we use it for
To reply to you, schedule and run the walkthrough, write your one-page map, send proposals and invoices, and do the work you hire us for. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to working with you.
Who handles it for us
We use a few trusted services to run the business: Google Workspace for email and storage, Cal.com for booking, Stripe for payments, a call recording tool for transcripts, and Railway to host this site. Each one only gets what it needs for its part of the job.
Your systems and data
When we build something inside your accounting or job software, we use the access you give us for that project only. We put the access we need in writing before we start, and you can remove it at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project information for as long as we work together, plus what tax and accounting rules require. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't have to keep.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or tell us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email javier@opsandhammer.com and Javier will handle it himself.
